The 19,032 s/f freestanding building was purchased by Waterbury Youth Service System, Inc., a private non-profit organization whose roots reach back 31 years in Waterbury. The property sold for $1,600,000. Ed Godin represented the Seller, TC3, LLC and Gerry Matthews represented the Buyer, Waterbury Youth Service. |

July, 2010 - Gerry Matthews and Ed Godin have completed the lease of 50,000 S/F located at 199 Park Road Extension in Middlebury, CT. The space is located in the former Timex World Headquarters. The 285,000 S/F building is owned by the Midex Corp. of New York. To date over 90,000 S/F has been leased by Matthews Commercial Properties. The new tenant, Sunbeam Partners LLC, plan to renovate the space and convert it into smaller medical and professional office suites for release. Matthews Commercial will continue to represent the Landlord, Midex Corp. as well as Sunbeam Partners LLC in leasing the building. |
