Gerry Matthews represented the Seller which was handled by the Trust Department of Fleet National Bank and Ed Godin represented the Buyer, Z Realty LLC. Tthe 21,000 square foot building and 4.92 acres of land sold for $600,000.00. Z Realty LLC will utilitize a portion of the premises for one of their businesses, Gary's Auto Parts. November, 2007 - Ed Godin, Jr. has recently represented both parties in the sale of a 13,000 SF warehouse facility at 2 alliance circle in Beacon Falls, CT. The newer building was situated on 3 acres and included an additional adjoining parcel of land in the Pines Bridge Industrial Park and sold for $1,450,000. The Buyer, Total Energy Corporation, is based in New York and will utilize a portion of the property for their operations. |

October, 2007 - Ed Godin recently represented both the buyer and seller in the sale of the 23,000 square foot warehouse facility at 103 Willenbrock Road. The building, located on 3.75 acres in the Oxford industrial park area, sold for $1,760,000. The property was put under contract within days of being on the market. The buyer, Woodbury Supply Company, is expanding and relocating a portion of its operations to accommodate its continued growth. |

The group has begun a complete rehabilitation and upgrade of the property and will occupy a portion for a satellite office. June, 2007 - Ed Godin represented both parties in the sale of the 25,000 SF industrial facility located at 341 Christian Street in Oxford, CT. The purchaser was Natural Sourcing who specializes in the procurement and supply of superior quality organic and conventional oils, butters, essential oils, extracts, and other specialty cosmeceutical ingredients. Natural Souring has relocated from New York in 2004 and occupied the facility under a lease with an option to purchase agreement. The building and 2.5 acres sold for $1,261,000. |

February, 2007 - Gerry Matthews and Ed Godin have leased 25,000 s/f of office and industrial space at the Middlebury Technology Center located at 199 Park Road Extension in Middlebury, CT. Velocity Print Communications is expanding their operations and moving from New Wood Road in Watertown, CT into the larger facility. The Middlebury Technology Center, a 278,000 s/f complex, is the former Timex World Headquaraters which was purchased in 2005 by Midex, LLC, who is in the process of remodeling and repositioning the facility into a business park environment. Matthews Commercial Properties is the Exclusive Leasing Agent for the Middlebury Technology Center and is also exclusively marketing the 11,700 s/f building, previously occupied by Velocity Printing, located at New Wood Road, Watertown, CT.
