December, 2006 - Ed Godin, Jr. represented the Southbury Ambulance Association in their acquisition of the former Sacred Heart Church Rectory property for $875,000.00.  The 4.6 acre parcel at 68 Georges Hill Road, in Southbury, is located at Exit 14 of Interstate 84.  The faciities will accommodate their offices, training operations and they will complete a garage expansion for vehicles.

December, 2006 - Ed Godin, Jr. has brokered the sale of a 68,000 SF multi building industrial complex at 440 Middlefield Street in Middletown, CT for $660,000.00.  The Buyer, Baldwin Furniture, will use most of the space for their lawn furntiure and pergolas manufactuing operation.

October, 2006 - Ed Godin represented the Buyer in the sale of 63 Wakelee Road located in Wolcott, CT.  The former Mark Eyelet Facility sold for $625,000.00 and consists of a 22,000 square foot building on 2 acres of land.  The Purchaser was Sullivan Brothers Remodeling , a leading local remodeling and construction company.

October, 2006 - Nick Longo represented the Buyer in the purchase of 1036 Baldwin Street, Waterbury, CT.  The property consists of 2,340 square feet of apartments over retail.  Linda Andrikis of Century-21 represented the Seller.  The property was purchased for $206,000.

September, 2006 - Gerry Matthews recently brokered the sale of two parcels of land.  The first parcel located at 497 Plank Road with the adjacent 4.75 acres located in Waterbury was purchased by Plank Road Plaza LLC for $1,900,000.00.  The new owner plans on developing the property into a retail power center.  Matthews Commercial Properties has been exclusively retained to market the property.  The second parcel of land, 15 acres located on New Haven Road in Naugatuck sold for $1,750,000.00.  This was the site of the former Naugatuck Drive-In.  The Buyer, 1224 New Haven Road LLC purchased the property as a long term investment.  Gerry Matthews was the sole broker involved in both
